Friday Afterschool Drama Club

Duncan is a full-time working actor/director/writer with over twenty years’ experience in theatre, film and television. He has just finished filming a new spy drama for ITV, is currently on placement at the Genesis Directors Program at the Young Vic Theatre in London and his debut play will go out on national tour next year. He has been a LAMDA drama teacher for eighteen years. The club will involve energising drama games, scene studies, verse speaking and ways to improve concentration and confidence, culminating in transferable skills and a sharing of the work in an assembly.

Skills based games, exercises and learning material will build up the base of this exciting new class. Duncan’s extensive experience in front of and behind the camera will inform, inspire and demystify the filmmaking process. Classes will take place on Monday from 3:40 until 4:25 and there are only spaces for twenty pupils, and places are awarded on a first come first served basis, so click here to express interest and book a place.
